We are looking for talented candidate working as Software Test Manager in MP SW Delivery Test & Error & Customer Technical Approval organization in Nokia Mobile Phone R&D.

The successful candidate will be responsible to:
Analyze and translate Product SW requirements into SW Testing requirements;
Create and maintain SW Test Master Plan by including Functional & System Testing, Field Test, Customer Pre-Acceptance Test, User Guide validation, Testing Metrics and TRUE etc.
Influence and keep aligned with branch SW Testing strategy and plan;
Be ownership of SW Test Plan execution;
Report testing status and update test plan on regular basis (at least milestone based);
Ownership of BFR estimation prior to SW production.
Be representative in branch SW Testing coordination forum and SW Test Management Forum (if relevant)by synchronizing process and strategy between Beijing and other 4 geographical locations.
You need to keep closely working with Software Project Leader, Program Software Error Manager, Integration & Release Coordinator, Test Engineering Team Leader, Local Process Owners of each forums etc. to fulfill and exceed test requirements and customer expectations. As a Kong Ming Software Test Manager, you should provide technical and team leadership in your area of expertise and also mentor other colleagues.

Qualifications / Internal
Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering .
5+ years of experience in software design, build or test, preferably in the mobile phone industry
High skill in manipulating planning and presentation tools.
Be able to present ideas clearly and concisely in English and have both good writing and oral skills
It is also preferred that you have one or more of the following expertise: Working knowledge in Core, Protocol or PC software
Practices in Type Approval, Interoperability or Field Test . Hands-on experience in SW Integration
Experience in GSM, GPRS, EDGE, or W-CDMA.

2、Technical Manager, SW Testing

We are looking for talented candidate working as SW Test Coordinator in PMO SW Testing China of Nokia Devices R&D S60 SW.
The successful candidate will be responsible to:
Cascade product family test strategy and plan down to execution level for collaborator;
Distill test requirements and map out resource estimation and competence development plan;
Setup communication structure with product family test manager and respective product sw test managers and tailor the processes within overall PMO SW Testing China Test & Error management process framework;
Actively obtain and analyze work packages and format them into executable tasks;
Monitor test execution progress and error reports as well as provide sufficient & real-time technical support during test execution phase;
Issue test reports on release basis, test result summarization and sw maturity feedback on demand esp. for sales candidate;
Collect objective and subjective feedback for collaborators performance evaluation.
You need to keep closely working with Product Family Test Manager, Product Program SW Test Managers, Test Asset Owners, local Project Managers, process owners, collaborators etc. to fulfill and exceed test requirements and customer expectations.

5+ years of experience in localization, software design, build or test, preferably in the embedded device industry

Working experience in SW Integration

Knowledge of test automation and ability to create automation scripts
