Job Role:Telecom Support Engineer – OpenCall focus
Responsibilities:
• Deliver reactive remote support in a business critical context
• Ability to qualify incoming cases
• Provide solution support
• Fault replication of customer problems
• Maintain current level of technical knowledge within the OpenCall products
• Provide 24x7 support

Capabilities
• Knowledge of OpenCall products
• Experience on Unix and Linux (Dev or support)
• Experience in troubleshooting problems
• Understanding of Networks (IN, Mobile, NGN, LAN)
• Knowledge on Telecommunications, IP Telephony and Voice Interaction technologies.
• Ability to prioritize customers in critical situations
• Ability to influence other organizations
• Good communication skills
• Teamwork
• Willing to travel
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Japanese or Korean
