具体描述:
主要工作内容 Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate execution of projects between Client and internal resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on brief.
2. Manage all operations to ensure the delivery quality and time, coordinate client’s other vendors to accomplish projects successfully.
3. Cost control and quality control on individual project.
4. Manage process flow to ensure smooth implementation.
5. Manage all necessary documentation with Client, internal resources, etc.
6. Understand and assess client’s business needs in conjunction with company’s services to provide value-added input and identify opportunities.
文化程度/专业科系 Education/Major required:
1. Bachelor and above
相关工作经验 Related Working Experience Required:
1. 2+ years CRM area working experience is essential
2. Good understanding of CRM operation in terms of database management, call center operation, campaign management,etc
3. Analytical and detailed – ability to deal with data.
4. Experience with international clients or foreign agency is preferred
5. Project management experience with managing multiple projects at a time.
