请教Broadcom网卡与Cisco交换机的链路聚合设置问题

在Broadcom网卡与Cisco交换机间配置链路聚合的问题：

网络拓扑是两台HP XW4600工作站用两根网线接到同一台Cisco 3560

用Broadcom Advance Control Suite 2配置两块Broadcom 57XX网卡到一个分组，组类型选择为“链路聚集(802.3ad)”，并在交换机上进行了相关的配置以后。交换机上显示链路为200Mbps，但在操作系统的BASP Virtual Adapter网卡状态里显示只有100Mbps的速度，传输文件时不是两个ACT灯同时闪烁，和一条链路所花费的时间相当。

操作系统为Windows 2003 R2 SP2，交换机为Cisco的3560。

在交换机上可以看到链路的速度已是200Mbps

请问，如何设置，才能在操作系统一侧也显示为200Mbps，达到链路聚合的效果。
