Responsibilities:
1. Customer’s requirement analysis
2. Software architecture, Product Design and development
3. Existing products development support and new feature development
4. Mentor junior members, give technical advice and direction, and provide hands-on management
5. Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to architect solutions that meet all requirements

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in computer science or highly related field
2. 8+ years working experience
3. Demonstrated leadership skills

Technical Skills:

Senior QA Manager

Responsibilities:
1.
Take ownership of QA projects, define scope resources, and get hands-on time to time

Hire QA engineers and mentor junior members, give technical advice and direction, and provide hands-on management

Establish and maintain high standard testing process and best practices

Qualifications:

Senior Media Framework Software Engineer
Job Responsibility
1.Work in a codec team where you will develop and optimize various demultiplexor and muxltiplexor based on C2 plafform,and develop and maintain a set of media framework to integrate various codec into application.
2.Work with internal application engineer to develop project.
3.Provide technical support to FAE team or customer.

Job Requirements:
1.MS in CS, EE or equivalent
2. Knowledge of file format standards like ASF, AVI, MP4, MKV,etc.
3.Background knowledge of video compression standards like MPEG2, MPEG4,etc.
