上海外企高薪急聘:Senior Field Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to sales in customer engagement to secure design-wins. Work closely with customers and engineering resources to identify, track, and resolve technical issues related to product development/launch. Provide customer updates and competitive analysis to the engineering and Sales.

Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of Ethernet switches and networking protocols, QoS as a plus

Strong knowledge of network switching and communication/processing system architecture as well as a very good understanding of traffic management, system buffer architecture is a plus

Specific knowledge of Wireless (WLAN) and wire (LAN) protocol

Experienced in software engineering methodologies, development cycles and resource management issues

Major in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

More than two year experience in related realm

Able to travel locally for on-site Troubleshooting or training;
