Responsibilities

Join as a member of global team on the telecommunication deployment and integration. To be a member of the Center of Excellence, your job is to integrate and support large-scale network of emerging application and enabler in Asia Pacific and globally. You will be offered with opportunities to travel to and work with varieties of customers, who are from different cultures and different countries.  

We are seeking candidates with a strong passion for world-class network integration that brings excitements to our customers.

•        Responsible for deployment and integration of Emerging Applications and Enablers products in APAC
•        Review of customer/product deployment requirements
•        Development and execution of integration and acceptance test plans in a customer's installation
•        Collect customer network/service data, prepare deployment MOP/data/design, perform integration on site and partner with in-country teams to get customer acceptance
•        Reporting of integration status, test results and follow-up corrective action with project management and global R&D communities
•        Responsible for remote technical support after transition system to customers

Qualifications

•        Strong communication skill in spoken and written English
•        Ability to work with a minimal amount of direction
•        Ability to perform under pressure. Great interpersonal skills when working under pressure
•        Ability to prioritize workload
•        Passionate about understanding, managing and satisfying customer expectations
•        Highly self-motivated, good problem-solving skill
•        Excellent skills in both in-depth technical knowledge and customer interface skills
•        Knowledge on Solaris/UNIX/Linux environment, C and C++ or Shell
•        Knowledge on SS7, TCP/IP, GSM, CDMA protocol
•        Protocol knowledge – ISUP, IS41, CAMEL, IS826, SIP, Diameter  
•        IN telephony knowledge
•        ORACLE DB experience
•        Intensive domestic & overseas travel is needed
•        BS or above degree in computer science, telecommunication, electronic engineering or related project/field work experience
