Qualifications / Scope / Know-how:

Scope:
·        Supervise a 400kUSD budget (including vendors/contractors)
·        Line/functionally manage the ESP AP team (3 Associates and 2 external Satyam resources based in Chennai, India)
·        Line manage the ESM AP team (3 Associates)
·        Operate into a global/regional and multicultural environment

Qualifications:
·        3 to 5 years in operations (IT and Business such as manufacturing equally considered)
·        Strong line management and influencing skills
·        Willingness and ability to influence and transform organizations
·        Ability to travel mostly regionally (potential intercontinental trips)

·        Vendor Management
