在bootstrap的ssid没有记录的情况下,重新安装了操作系统和networker
1.通过指定所以文件所在的位置运行scanner.exe -B c:\bakfile\file找bootstrap的ssid

2.加入一个包含bootstrap之后,加入改设备,恢复media index
执行mmrecov.exe
C:\Program Files\Legato\nsr\bin>mmrecov.exe
mmrecov: Using bakserver as server

NOTICE: mmrecov is used to recover the NetWorker server's media index and
resource files from media (backup tapes or disks) when any of this
critical NetWorker data has been lost or damaged.  Note that this
command will OVERWRITE the server's existing media index.  mmrecov is not
used to recover NetWorker clients' on-line indexes; normal recover
procedures may be used for this purpose.  See the EMC NetWorker
Disaster Recovery Guide for more details.

Enter the latest bootstrap save set id: 4161815643

3.停止相关服务.EMC GST Service,NetWorker Backup and Recover Server,NetWorker Power Monitor,NetWorker Remote Exec Service
4.C:\Program Files\Legato\nsr\res改成C:\Program Files\Legato\nsr\res.R
5.重新启动3步骤所有服务
6.执行nsrck.exe
C:\Program Files\Legato\nsr\bin>nsrck.exe -L7

参考文档,多次做实验之后,client的index已经可以恢复,但是又发现新问题:
1.media 下volume记录的bootstrap 的SSID 是最新数字的上一个,比如最后一次schedule备份完成之后生成的
  bootstrap的SSID是4010974152,最后一次的上一次备份记录是40948557803,那么恢复回来之后,记录的最新的
  bootstrap是40948557803,而从groups的status看到将是40948557803
2.file格式的记录有最新bootstrap的SSID的vulumes(比如我的"file-01")表示为full,不能备份了;
3.我想,groups属性下的status中completion记录的信息应该是根据文件savegrp.log记录像是出来,那么是不是做
  mmrecov的时候,把最后一个记录bootstrap的SSID给从media index给删除了呢?
  从savegrp.log中观察如下:

4010974152这个SSID在恢复回来的时候是有的,我重新用scanner 扫描设备也存在,但是volume里面没有,在我再执行一次备份之后,从group里面也看不到了,我不知道为什么?

我想知道在只存在备份介质的情况下,怎么做才能恢复media index和client的index;

太多了...看不懂~

scanner -m dev
nsrck -L7 to rebuild the mmdb and CFI
check the nw admin guide for more info.
