Portal Web Master
技术要求：
at least 2 years of working experience in programming languages especially in HTML, XML, javascript, ASP.net (C#).
-HTML, XML is to understand the audiencing logic in the portal.
-Javascript and ASP.net programing skill is required to support ASP.net application in the portal.
-Usually, ASP.net form data capture and submission through email is the main functionality of the application.
-Dream waver will use for eDM designing. not need quite high level skill, need to understand how it will and basic function.
-Access DB only will use for BFT reporting. the person need to understand current coding and able to do basic maintenance.


其他要求：

-英语沟通要非常流利，在项目前期转移及后期执行都要与客户密切沟通。

-技术方面的知识要掌握，并能够讲解清楚，并不一定非要具有很强的动手编程经验。

-沟通能力要非常强，做事简洁，执行能力强。

Required Profile:                                                                                               
        Education                                                                                       
                Bachelor or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g. computer science, information technology, engineering, math, etc.)                                                                               

        Experience and knowledge                                                                                       
                Knowledge and some experience in managing IT infrastructure in a software product development or research prototype development environment is required. Two or more years of experience in this area and especially for a lab or the IT department in a global company will be a big plus. Experience in software develoment is a plus.

•在对日外包软件开发项目中起到测试的领导作用；
•带领软件测试工程师进行结合，或系统的测试；

Qualifications
•日语2级(或相当)，能够熟练地读写；
•2年以上软件开发或软件测试经验, 具备丰富的结合测试或系统测试经验；
•熟悉面向对象设计，具备较强的业务分析，理解能力，能依据相应的外部式样，做成相应的测试计划和案例；
•具有良好的测试计划，过程监控，结果分析能力；
•较好的团队工作能力和沟通技巧，能带领小团队顺利的进行测试；
•熟悉一般的测试方法，工具的使用；
•对以下至少一种技能具备开发经验：
•J2EE；

SQA Engineer

•  职位描述：
•  同研发部门紧密合作，开展SQA活动，包括准备SQA计划，质量计划，实施SQA审计，准备SQA报告。
•  帮助项目经理准备项目计划书，参加PMR会议，保证项目活动符合规定的流程。向项目经理和部门质量经理报告尚待解决的问题。
•  跟踪纠正及预防措施，验证测量数据的正确性，参与质量部门的活动。
•  为项目的改善提高提出合理化建议。
•  分析，定义和改善流程。
•  提供质量培训。
•  参与CMMi和6sigma实施活动

Qualifications
•  CET4, Japanese Proficiency Test Level 1/2.
•  Have passion for quality works and excellent communication/interpersonal skill.
•  Good understanding of Software Engineering technology processes through 1-2 years working experience.
•  Good at PowerPoint and Excel/Visio.
