networker 客户端能否正常备份,如何让服务器端确认client OS type呢?

卸载netwoker7.3.2的客户端,然后重新安装后,
[root@cls2 etc]# more /proc/version

[root@cls2 etc]# rpm -qa |grep lgto

[root@cls2 etc]# ps -ef |grep nsrexecd

[root@cls2 etc]# cat /etc/hosts

192.168.1.225 bakserver
10.0.0.194    cls2
10.0.0.193    cls1

netwoker server 名为bakserver,host已经添加cls2的主机解析,添加客户端name为save set为备份路径,查看属性Info & licensing ,发现client OS type为空,netwoker version为空,没有任何信息;备份不存在问题;
