[Question]RedHat AS5 下安装、配置apache

在RedHat AS5 linux装了两个apache: 一个自带的Server version: Apache/2.2.3，
一个是从oracle 10g companion CD 内装的：
Server version: Oracle-Application-Server-10g/10.1.2.0.0 Oracle-HTTP-Server
Server built: Dec 2 2004 19:23:24
正常启动Oracle-Application-Server-10g/10.1.2.0.0 Oracle-HTTP-Server，但是windowsXP下用浏览器访问http://192.168.2.11/提示

所以打算启动Server version: Apache/2.2.3（先停止Oracle-Application-Server-10g/10.1.2.0.0 Oracle-HTTP-Server）
但是启动时
[root@index ~]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart
停止 httpd： [失败]
启动 httpd：
Apache 1.3 configuration directives found
please read /usr/share/doc/httpd-2.2.3/migration.html
[失败]

请问，有哪几种原因造成上述原因？能不能提供几种解决方案
