ISA 2000中出现下列事件说明这是怎么回事，如何解决。

14065 事件：
Alert Service: One or more of the actions associated with alert Event log failure has failed. Failure are linked to configuration settings. The mail server may be down, or the specified command may not exist. Check the Event Viewer for related errors and fix them accordingly.

11005 事件：
Microsoft ISA Server Control failed. The failure occurred during Execution of alert actions because the system call CreateProcess failed. Use the source location 119.959.3.0.1200.50 to report the failure. The error code in the Data area of the event properties indicates the cause of the failure. For more information about this event, see ISA Server Help. The error description is: 系统找不到指定的文件。
