User Name: eSCOPdemo@enterprisecertified.com
Password: eSCOPdemo
Also if you are using IE7 follow these instructions:
IE 7 treats ftp differently than past versions. This could explain the problem you experienced. For future reference:
1. Input the ftp:// site as you originally do in the past
2. You will get the cannot display screen
3. Click the "File/Page" menu, then "Open FTP in Explorer."
4. Click the "File" menu again, then "Login As..."
5. Continue setting up your connection from step 4 above
