The /etc/user_attr database contains user and role information that supplements the /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow databases.

不一定会吧，比如系统有新加的用户或者role的时候，/etc/user_attr、/etc/passwd和/etc/shadow都会发生变化，但是如果只是修改/etc/user_attr里面某条记录的profiles，auths，那么/etc/passwd和/etc/shadow就不会变化了
